It is a therapy based on the stimulation of the patient's myotatic reflex, provoking an elongation of the neuromuscular spindles which causes reflex muscle contraction.
On the platform our muscles make hundreds of tiny adjustments in reaction to changes in position, and our body is forced to sense where we are in space and sends hundreds of signals to the brain, which is great for proprioception.
